CampusShirts.net is currently seeking outgoing students to lead the expansion into new campuses in the Boston and San Francisco Bay areas.

What are we looking for?
Sophomores and juniors with energy, enthusiasm, and the desire grow their own business on their campus.  An understanding of your school's student organizations and the ability to make sales by leveraging on-campus relationships and group affiliations.

What will you do?
Develop business on your campus, create your own marketing strategy, close orders, and deliver final products to customers.

Compensation is based on a generous per sale commission.

No experience is necessary and training will be provided.

Q:  I've seen hundreds of flyers and advertisements looking for campus reps.  What makes working for CampusShirts different?
A:  CampusShirts.net is completely built upon our network of campus reps.  Unlike other companies that seek college students to simply raise brand awareness with passive promotions, we depend upon our student partners to be active and make sales happen.  We give our reps tools and support and they are free and independent to build their business as they wish.  The position provides real experience in sales and marketing and it's very satisfying to see your product worn around campus and be able to say, “This semester I grew my sales by $X0,000, served Y new clubs, and put $Z,000 in my pocket.”

Q:  How am I paid?
A:  40% of the profit from each order goes to the rep who generated it.  We believe in a generous profit share, as a happy rep tends to be a more successful rep.  We have had reps earn in excess of $6,000 per semester.  If you are driven and effective the sky really is the limit.

Q:  How does CampusShirts support me?
A:  We handle all of the record keeping, order production, and delivery responsibilities so the rep never has to leave his or her campus.  We also maintain each rep’s website and are always available to answer questions and provide additional support.  We strive to make the reps job as hassle free as possible by managing all off-campus duties so they may keep their focus on-campus.

Q:  I've seen student rep positions that require the student to buy product to resell or promotional material to demonstrate.  Does CampusShirts do that?
A:  Absolutely not.  We only ask our reps of their time and energy, never money.
